How support can become practical
Kidney disease can create medical, financial, logistical and emotional pressure at the same time. Responsible support starts by identifying the specific barrier instead of promising a one-size-fits-all solution.
Use qualified partners
Some needs are best addressed by hospitals, social workers, transplant centers, public programs or established nonprofits. Kidney Pro aims to refer and partner rather than duplicate expertise.
Follow through
A referral is useful only if the person can act on it. As programs develop, Kidney Pro intends to improve follow-up, documentation and accountability around assistance provided.
